Julie is setting up a Men's pilates class up in the New Year, please enquire through the website or via Tel - 07793 868280.  Men sometimes feel more comfortable in a male only environment, so if that is you, let me know the dates/times that work for you.


Julie is raising money for Sue Ryder staff, they work so hard all year round and i feel they need a little something to let us know they are valued.
I am raising money and having a little fun before Xmas – 2 ways :-

Broadgate Wellness Centre

A day at the Broadgate Wellness Centre with jamie peacock from the Rhinos.

I am regularly setting up classes at Broadgate Wellness Centre, Lister HIll, Horsforth.  Please let me know what days and times work for you and i can hopefully set up a class, clients permitting.   Pilates is excellent for a whole range of things, core stability, injuries, spinal issues, tightness in the back, neck or shoulders and general wellbeing.  

I will be setting up Pilates for Men in JANUARY, let me know if you would like a space saving in the class and what days/times are good for you.

I also do Pilates 1-1's, to focus totally on your needs, Pilates also helps with your posture and your breathing, it is a way of life.

Reiki is often described as a very relaxing and peaceful treatment, which helps to restore a sense of balance and well-being within the mind and body. Due to the very gentle nature of this treatment, it is often used to support those receiving conventional medical care in hospitals, hospices or at home. Reiki is used by people for a variety of reasons. Some use it to help them manage or cope with specific physical, mental or emotional problems, while others use it as means of relaxation, or to help maintain good health and a sense of general well-being.

Benefits of massage

Massage is used by people for a variety of reasons. Some use it to simply relax and unwind, while others have regular massage to help them manage or cope with specific physical, mental or emotional problems. Many aspiring and professional athletes have massage before and after training and competing, in order to stay in optimum condition and aid recovery.

There is a growing body of evidence to suggest that massage can be effective in helping to treat certain chronic conditions, such as fibromyalgia and low back pain. In guidelines produced in 2009 by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), manual therapies - including massage – are recommended for the early management of persistent, non-specific low back pain.

Stress cannot be avoided - we live with it and in it everyday. When we don't handle stress well, the body's defences break down and we become more susceptible to illness and disease.

It has been estimated that over 75% of all illness is stress-related. Tailor-made treatments offered by Julie Doidge can help ease this tension, encourage the healing process and to restore calm to the body.

The therapies and techniques that I practise can be used as a stand-alone treatment, or combined with another therapy to provide your personal treatment programme that best suits your own requirements.

My range of therapies can all help to support my clients who suffer from a particular type of problem they may be experiencing and also:
